Why our Extrusion Line stands out
Our twin-screw and co-extruders, downstream modules, and the C6 control platform are globally proven and tailored to your requirements. Energy-efficient drives and optimized screw designs provide a wide processing window, even for highly filled or heavily pigmented compounds. Parallel twin screws (32 L/D) ensure high throughput up to 800 kg/h* with consistent quality, while conical twin screws handle flexible profiles. Co-extruders can be easily integrated, and the ppC multitouch HMI supports energy monitoring, recipe management, and ERP/MES connectivity for semi- or fully autonomous operation.

Window & Door Profiles
Line Configuration: Parallel 90 mm / 32 L/D (≈ 300 kg/h) + conical 43–63 mm coextruder

Line Configuration: Parallel 75–133 mm / 32 L/D (360–800 kg/h) + 43–63 mm co‑extruder

Technology Center
At our facility in Laatzen, we maintain one of the largest extrusion centers in the world. Offering space for 26 extrusion lines, the complete KraussMaffei Extrusion portfolio of machines and equipment is available for customers. For profiles, we provide parallel and conical twin screw extrudes. Additionally, we have the possibility to mix batches of individual compounds if necessary. So, if you want us to join your journey from an idea to a final product, you are more than welcome!
